Group Fitness Manager Tip: Recognise Weaknesses
When we set new goals for ourselves or our teams, we need to work to our strengths.
It is helpful to get an external perspective on what those strengths and weaknesses might be.
Weaknesses can be developed but they may also be something another individual or team can do whilst you do what you do best and excel at it.
A goal that is imposed is harder to succeed at than one that is chosen and agreed on. This plan will have the necessary commitment from the team to take it to a successful conclusion, with the right support and leadership.
