How to answer the dreaded, “Initiation fee” question
If our membership staff doesn’t know how to answer the initiation fee question immediately when asked, generally their mannerisms, tone, body language, etc.. will betray them and tend towards hesitancy. This in turn starts to feel like they’re just making up excuses. Which sounds even more like a slimy-sales pitch.
