- Onboarding and member induction is key to getting them the outcomes they are looking for to stay with you long term
- Know your members, build relationships, listen and then act on feedback
- Building a strong cohesive team where all staff are aligned with the core values that have been set for the business
Why should someone attend Filex 2020?
Every time I have attended a Filex conference I have come home with a renewed energy and enthusiasm for my chosen career in fitness. Hearing about other fitness businesses success stories and being able to learn how they have achieved these results is inspiring.

Carol is the Health and Fitness Supervisor at HBF Arena in Perth which is a multi million dollar Leisure Centre owned by the state government and run by VenuesWest. Carol supervises 140 group fitness classes and small group PT sessions a week and runs a team of 50 fitness staff.
