Group Fitness Manager Tip: Cultivate Compassion
It’s necessary to foster a sense of compassion:
- between you and your team
- between your team members and
- between your club members.
The world is a busy and stressful place and there is no 9-5pm work day boundary anymore, which means we need to work with compassion.
Choose to lead, manage and live with compassion and encourage it amongst those you work with.
Staff choose their boss and their workplace in part on how enjoyable it will be to work there and they definitely stay longer based on these factors.
Loose the churn, foster compassion and build staff and member retention.
