Group Fitness Tip: Communication
There are so many ways we can communicate with our teams/staff these days.
Email, Skype, Facebook, instagram, twitter, phone, in person, in writing…..the list goes on.
In addition to informing, communication allows us to build relationships, educate, encourage, inspire, connect, challenge, lead, manage and much more.
If you do nothing else, communicate with your teams and staff regularly on a range of platforms, in an authentic, honest and meaningful way.
In several roles I have managed to bring a disjointed team together using communication. People like to feel informed and involved. It helps achieve buy-in and engagement amongst your team and it fosters trust.
When you get all this going on, there is nothing you can’t achieve together.
