JT and I are live from the top of the Empire State Building where we share our thoughts on the fitness boutique studios we have checked out during our amazing visit in New York City.
In 4 days JT from Active Management and myself are going to be either working out or checking out 10 New York City Boutique Fitness Studios in 48 hours!
Here are the fitness studios we will be working out in and visiting in New York City:
- 1. Switch Playground – 20 to 40 stations that hit every muscle group in a high intensity interval training experience like no other
- 2. Rumble – Boxing inspired full body strength and conditioning workout which from their website looks like they use the water boxing bags.
- 3. Tone House – The first ever extreme athletic based group fitness studio aimed at unleashing the inner athlete in everyone.
- 4. SLT (Strengthen, Length & Tone – 50 Minute Muscle quivering, heart pumping total body workout.
- 5. Fitting Room – Most effective HIIT class to torch calories and build strength no matter your fitness level.
- 6. MNDFL – A meditation studio where we will be doing a breathing class.
- 7. Mark Fisher Fitness – Offers group fitness classes and semi-private training with a dose of ridiculousness
- 8. White Seven – Vinyasa yoga with a bit of a twist. The Yoga sequences are choreographed to the latest chart music
- 9. ConBody – Prison Style workout that takes 23 minutes or less
- 10. Performix House – Elite fitness facility that is invite only and their fees are $900 a month
