Personal Training Business Client Relationship Tip: Connecting with clients
Building a relationship with your client is one of the most important roles of being a Personal Trainer.
The bond they form with you, can not only influence their training results, but also their ongoing commitment to continuing personal training and their motivation to recommend you to their family or friends.
Always remember that building a relationship with your clients should extend beyond the time you spend with them in the gym or studio.
Make sure you schedule in “connection moments” what I mean by that is, times where you call, text or email just to say hi and see how they are doing.
Its also a great idea to take them out for a coffee or breakfast / lunch every now and then. And use that time to strengthen your connection with them.
Remember, your best clients are also your biggest advocates. Their recommendation will be more effective than any form of advertising you can buy, so invest in them.
