1) Brand Recognition — social media reaches millions people across the world, getting your brand on social media gives your business the opportunity to reach this mass audience
2) Brand Monitoring — engaging your business with social media means you can gain a better understanding of what current and potential customers are saying about your service
3) To be forward thinking — consumers are savvy! If you want to appear relevant, you need to be seen on the sites your customers are visiting!
4) to find new customers through friends — Posting frequent updates relating to your business and activities you do, acts as a great reminder to your friends of what you do! They may be prompted to give you a call, or refer you to a friend!
