The world famous sales trainer, Zig Ziglar said, “The only thing worse than training employees and then losing them, is to not train them and keep them!” And never a truer word has been said!

I believe team members who are not trained or as I like to say are not ‘unconsciously competent’ at sales, communication, retention, club operations and understanding how your business works will unconsciously saboutage your business, your profit and yoru success. You should see your people as an asset and invest in them.

I like to think if you invest in your team, you don't just make them better at their job but also they are better human beings. These life skills will then last with them forever.

The third person, the external expert, the new voice or the face they haven't seen before may say in principle the same thing but it is said in a different way, with different emphasis, different examples and therefore a different end result.
