Position Vacant for a Business Development Manager at 12RND Fitness in Brisbane
THE COMPANY
12RND Fitness is an exciting fast growing fitness franchise which has over 30 clubs operating across Australia and another 30 franchises set to open in early 2018.
JOB SUMMARY
This important role will see you lead, coach and support various franchisees, managers and their teams in the strong execution of the 12RND sales, marketing, and engagement strategies. In addition to the consistent five-star delivery of the 12RND product and experience to members. The objective of this support will be to improve the growth of membership sales, retention and revenue for franchisees.
Working with the CEO and COO you will also support the continuous review and improvement of the 12RND operations and systems used by franchisees for further efficiency and results.
The role will suit someone who is a proactive leader, passionate about growing the 12RND brand, with experience managing and growing a multi-site business operation.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Work directly with franchisees after their opening period, building strong relationships allowing you to work with them to create continued growth and success with their franchises
- Develop a deep understanding of all software and systems used in 12RND to a level that you can coach franchisees on the best methods of executing them within their business
- Prepare and post briefs to franchisees on upcoming marketing and engagement initiatives in collaboration with the marketing team and CEO
- Coordinate and manage the execution of marketing and engagement activities with clubs’ members and with their local communities
- Identifying opportunities for operational excellence driving sales, profitability and customer experience, to ensure business standards are executed at all levels.
- Using the membership management system to provide KPI reports of 12RND clubs to present and discuss with executive team on a weekly basis as well as designing a report to send to franchisees on a monthly basis
- Developing and implementing growth strategies with franchisees requiring extra support
- Create, manage and execute campaigns whilst tracking overall success.
- Develop and maintain an intimate, comprehensive and up to date knowledge of the product and contribute feedback to drive continual product development.
- Maintaining regulatory compliance with the Australian Franchising Code of Conduct.
