The role:
Reporting to the Head of Franchise Sales and Development, the Sales and Franchise Administrators’ focus will be on supporting our fast-paced franchise sales and development team to achieve its goals and objectives across our brands (Anytime Fitness & XTEND Barre). The role requires someone who has excellent problem-solving skills, the ability to multitask and is adaptable to change.
Day to day with include:
Recruitment & Sales Pipeline activity
- CRM Management: Support the Sales Team through the management of the CRM system, reporting and data analysis.
- Provide support to the sales team on the communication and engagement of new prospects
- Support and provide insight into the CRM prospect journey
- Ensuring compliance processes are maintained and followed in the recruitment of new Franchisees into the brands
- Liaise with internal stakeholders ensuring a smooth transition between departments for all new and re-sales approvals.
Business Development
- Ability to think laterally and communicate clearly and effectively when delivering development opportunities
- Detail-oriented is essential
- Can facilitate meetings, provide guidance and follow up on tasks
General Administration
- Database management
- Managing the Franchise CRM across ensuring it is always current
- Provide diverse and high-quality administrative support to the franchise team
- administration duties as required
Other
- Participate as an active member of the Collective Wellness Group team, providing input and reporting as required
- Build and maintain relationships with various stakeholders
- Demonstrate personal commitment to living the Collective Wellness Group principles: Own It, See It, Feel It, Do It, Together
Skills & Experience:
- Franchise experience is a benefit, however not essential
- Interest in health and wellness
- A proactive and highly detail orientated individual who thrives under pressure
- At least 2-3 years administrative experience with advanced Microsoft Office skills
- Excellent analytical and communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to prioritise workload, work with demands to meet deadlines and be flexible in responding to changing work priorities
- Advanced computer skills utilising a range of software packages
- Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills and the ability to produce clear communication
- Superior customer service orientated abilities to meet the needs of various in-house and external business partners
