About the Role

As our Membership Consultant, you are critical to the success of the club as you are responsible for lead generation, driving membership sales and building club culture!

You must be confident on the telephone, have solid sales skills (but we will spend lots of time training you), with a can-do attitude, and be able to work in a team environment. The critical skill is your ability to build rapport and deliver premium level of customer service.

You will be required to work flexible rotating hours, including early evenings and Saturdays.

About You

Do you have the following experience and qualities?

  • Passionate about making a difference and helping people change their lives through exercise
  • Engaging on the telephone e.g., conducting telephone inquiries / answering customer care calls
  • Have a can-do attitude, are results driven and get stuff done
  • Know how to support new members, by providing detailed and encouraging on-boarding
  • Maintain service excellence to ensure our member and guest experience is outstanding at all times.
  • Passion for learning, ongoing development and personal growth
  • Social media savvy and comfortable on camera
  • Internally motivated/self-starter
  • Adapt to different situations and different demands day to day
  • Strong customer service ethos, and sales philosophy
  • Proven track record in reaching and exceeding sales targets
  • Passion for building genuine relationships
  • Intermediate computer skills
  • Ability to work well in a team environment

Qualifications & Certifications

  • Working with Children Certificate
  • Police Check
  • First Aid & CPR (desirable)
