2025 AUSactive National Awards Finalists Revealed
The finalists for the 2025 AUSactive National Awards have officially been announced, celebrating the dedication, passion, and impact of individuals and organisations across the Australian active health and exercise industry.
Now in its next chapter of growth, the awards shine a light on excellence across 29 prestigious categories, highlighting standout professionals, businesses, and industry leaders nationwide.
This year’s finalists represent a diverse and inspiring group – from personal trainers transforming lives to community programs improving mental wellbeing, and industry suppliers delivering world-class innovation.
With stories of perseverance, impact, and innovation, these finalists capture the true essence of the active health and exercise profession.
Reflecting the dynamic growth of the sector, recently introduced categories continue to attract high numbers of submissions – particularly the popular Manager of the Year as well as the enhanced Industry Supplier categories.
AUSactive CEO Barrie Elvish praised this year’s record-breaking pool of entrants, noting the continued rise in calibre and community contribution across all levels of the industry.

Barrie has a longstanding personal and professional interest in adventure play for children and is currently completing a Doctorate in Early Childhood Education.
