In an ever increasing labor competitive market, we need to provide a workplace that meets the needs of our staff. In fact ideally, as we strive to do with our customers, we should exceed staff expectations. One company has done exactly that!
Zappos is an online retailer in the US. In 2009, Zappos was featured in Fortune magazine as one of the top 100 places to work. The below is taken from their website, and it is very clear who they seek when you examine their ‘Core Values’:
