12RND Fitness is seeking a driven and energetic Regional Franchise Development Manager, to bring their expert knowledge, experience, passion and enthusiasm to our dynamic and goal-driven head office team.

Co-founded by four time world champion boxer, Danny Green, our unique Boxing and Strength training offers a full body workout completed in under 45 minutes, and is loved by over 15,000 members globally.

If successful, you will be responsible for:

  • Assist and coach Franchisees through the 12RND Franchise system, both in-person and remotely
  • Discuss and resolve franchisee performance concerns
  • Ensure 12RND brand standards are being constantly at each club
  • Ensure 12RND best practices are being applied across all clubs
  • Provide proactive assistance to franchisees based on their local market
  • Work with the National Franchise Development Manager to implement the pre-sales model at new clubs
  • Provide regular reporting to Chief Operating Officer to assist with the growth and strength of our 12RND network.
  • Facilitate high performer workshops
  • Coach Franchisees and their teams on an individual and group level

The ideal applicant should be:

  • Passionate about health & fitness
  • Experienced in Multi-site franchise management (Preferred)
  • Able to work autonomously and as part of a team
  • Have a strong understanding of the fitness industry and competitive landscape, especially in Victoria
  • Have a great attention to detail and ability to follow processes
  • Great business acumen, including P&L and management reporting
  • Outstanding people, leadership & coaching skills

KPI’s:

  • Club pre-sales performance
  • Financial and non financial metrics for individual clubs and regions
  • Performance at key milestones in the Franchisees journey
  • System compliance throughout the region
  • Brand standards maintained through the region

FURTHER INFORMATION

This is a full-time role based in Victoria.

If you are successful, you will be required to:

  • Work remotely, checking in with our Brisbane-based Head Office Team on a regular basis
  • Travel as required to Brisbane, QLD for training or other HQ events
  • Travel as required throughout Victoria
