About Xtend Barre:
Xtend Barre is a network of 22 studios (and growing) across Australia. Xtend Barre is a fitness movement that uses both high-energy dance movements with Pilates to create a whole-body workout. The role:
The Franchise Relationship Manager plays a key role in managing and coaching our portfolio of franchisees to ensure they achieve increased sales, profitability, and operational excellence.
As an analytical business management expert, the Franchise Relationship Manager guides the franchise network to achieve greatness, whilst also taking responsibility for building successful business strategies, maximising profitable sales growth, and providing a robust framework to support the growing Xtend Barre franchise network in Australia.
Day to day with include:
- Providing leadership and ongoing support to franchisees to help grow their businesses, achieve their objectives, and increase profitability
- Executing strong business plans and resources in alignment with vast growth strategies
- Overseeing the financial function of the franchisee businesses, including a strong delivery of budgeting and financial reporting
- Driving brand standards and ensuring compliance with Xtend Barre operational systems within the network
- Implementing consistent compliance processes to the network, and ensuring these are always fulfilled
- Delivering continuous process improvement initiatives to franchisees
- Plan and deliver studio visits around Australia and hand over, follow up and log feedback after each visit
- Drive membership sales by coaching and assisting owners with lead gen, member sales and acquisition strategies
- Engage franchisees involvement in training, annual conference and other franchise led events
- Deliver operational franchise/manager training
- Act as a subject matter expert on Xtend Barre initiatives
- Communicate effectively with Franchisees, Members and Guests
- Maintain a solid level of Studio Operations knowledge
- Keep up to date and engage with innovation within the group
- Stay on top of marketing, sales, culture, and retention strategies
Skills & Experience:
- Experience in multi-site management, with operations and customer service excellence at the forefront
- Commercially focussed, with strong budget management
- Business strategy planning, and implementation
- Proven analytical skills in identifying business improvement opportunities and recommending solutions
- Experience reviewing, benchmarking and managing P&Ls
- Leadership skills, with an ability to mentor and develop a positive team environment
- Excellent time management skills, with the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Manage and meet conflicting deadlines from a range of internal and external sources
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
- Cultivates relationships with colleagues and vendors
- Strong work ethic
- Experience working with CRM platforms preferred
- Experience working with Mind Body Online beneficial
- Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office Experience (especially Excel)
