Personal Training Business Life Tip
I often see Personal Trainers who are completely exhausted or run down because they are simply working too many hours. As a result, they get sick, can miss days off work and in turn lose income and potentially upset their client relationships.
As a PT and business owner, it’s your job to manage your time – that means both work and personal. Earning money is great, but if you don’t allow time to rest in the short term, your business profitability – and your health – will suffer in the long term.
So next time you are planning your working week, remember, to factor in time for:
a) rest b) play c) learning and development and d) work!
Its all part of creating a healthy balanced lifestyle.
