KX Pilates is on the lookout for a highly driven & focused Area Manager to support their company owned studios in NSW.

Based in Sydney NSW, KX wants an expert in the management and operations of Fitness Studios to deliver consistent operational & procedural structures, unified branding & high-level support. If you have a positive track record in training, recruitment, brand guidance, brand strategy implementation, ongoing sales & operational support, we want to talk to you.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive Performance:
    Support through operational process implementation, training & education for business growth strategy design.
  • Create Strong Brand Culture:
    Across multi-site operations using consistent branding & operational strategies to support proven business performance outcomes.
  • Business Performance Analysis:
    Effectively conduct business performance analysis and bench marking at a portfolio level including business plan and P&L analysis to consistently deliver profitable performance improvements.
  • Business Performance Strategy: Increase robust performance by astutely identifying and targeting revenue streams, developing individual studio performance plans and performance targets.
  • Performance Management: Define, coach and implement KPI’s for studio managers with regular KPI monitoring, face to face meetings, training and providing consistent   support to achieve strong performance outcomes.
  • Operational Leadership: Mentor and guide studio managers on the day to day operations. Run operational expectation meetings and guidelines to maintain procedural consistency across all studios and ensure all studios deliver superior customer service.
  • Revenue Growth: Proactively plan and implement revenue growth strategies through client growth, product sales, new studio opening numbers, promotions and customer loyalty strategies.
  • Personnel Management and Development: Help support and drive employee engagement strategies through a period of extensive change.
  • Change Management: Maintain a consistent high-performance culture despite uncertain challenges and changes by minimising employee attrition through communicating changes and maintaining consistent operating procedures at ground level.
  • Customer Service: Help support the goal of being nominated for ‘Most Satisfied Customers’ as a result of the focus and importance placed on developing a culture of customer service, team cohesion and promoting KX company values.
