💼 Reports To: General Manager / Owner
Key Responsibilities
- Gym Management: Oversee daily operations, manage budgets, inventory, and equipment maintenance, and implement efficiency policies.
- Sales and Lead Management: Convert sales prospects into members, develop retention strategies, and analyse sales data.
- Staff Management: Recruit, train, and evaluate staff, manage rosters, and conduct performance reviews.
- Coaching: Deliver 15 hours of coaching per week, conduct assessments, and educate members on fitness.
- Marketing Assistance: Assist with content development, plan marketing campaigns, and increase brand awareness.
Qualifications
- Cert 3 and 4 in Personal Training, bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science or related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in gym management, sales and strength and conditioning.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
- Proficient in gym management software.
- First Aid and CPR certification.
- Passion for fitness and a healthy lifestyle.
