Immerse yourself in light and sound, led by our elite team of cycle instructors. See you on the bike! We are looking for a studio manager who will be instrumental in delivering our vision. You will be given the opportunity to build your team of high performing entertaining instructors. Working together with the Yoga studio and HIIT studio managers you will be a key part of the management team.
Purpose
The core purpose of the Studio manager is to ensure an exceptional service is delivered to our members every time. To achieve this the studio manager will:
- Deliver service consistent with the District brand and values
- Create a winning culture with your studio team consistent with the District values
- Manage the studio schedule and in conjunction with our other studios.
- Make improvements when required to maximize usage
- Manage coach rosters to ensure every class is covered
- Quality control of the coaching team
- Manage studio and equipment to a high standard
