We are currently seeking a Front Desk Receptionist (0.8 or fulltime) to:
- provide sparkling customer service to members
- maintain up to date member & financial records
- deliver consistent and accurate reporting to the leadership team
- participate in networking, promotion & member events
- support the engagement of new members
- work collaboratively with the team to maintain our centre standards
- maintain and manage our booking system
- social media content management would be highly regarded
Experience in an allied health, medical, exercise, fitness or wellness setting is highly desirable. This is a fast-paced role and requires a high attention to detail, with a strong focus on team work.
Requirements
Our centre hours vary across the week and include some evenings and Saturday mornings.
Please note if successful, you will be required to complete 10-15 hours of paid online training (flexible) plus a week of onsite training prior to commencement.
