About the Role
As HR Generalist, you will share their enthusiasm for personalising people and culture and supporting their teams through positive relationships and cohesive working rhythms. The successful candidate will be responsible for the overall recruitment strategy and processes for the country while being a part of and supporting a larger global team. Focussing on building strong relationships with the company’s managers in order to help them with their human resource needs.
Responsibilities
- Oversee and facilitate full-cycle recruitment including TA strategy for the country
- Participate in global projects to support the delivery of the overall TA strategies
- Develop and oversee new hire induction, onboarding and employee exit processes
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures and legal responsibilities
- Liaise with the HR Manager and business leaders to gain insight into the short/mid/long-term business talent needs
- Use company data and analytics to address hiring manager expectations
- Plan and execute strategic initiatives to build up external talent pipelines
- Recommend continuous improvement practices, processes, and policies to refine TA
- Provide training and support to hiring managers on the TA process
- Plan and develop innovative Employer Brand strategies with career partners
- Act as a true brand ambassador, positively position communications to increase employment brand awareness in the market
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Business, Human Resources, or related area
- Min 3+ years experience working in Human Resources and 360 Recruitment for an internationally operating company
- Exceptional interpersonal, team building, and communication skills, with a strong customer service mindset.
- Proficient in use of Recruitment CRMs, talent relationship management tools, HR software
- Skilled in social media and LinkedIn
- Solid business acumen and business partnership approach
- Excellent negotiation skills
- Analytical and fact-based approach to decisions and strategy
- Ability to work in tandem with technology, creativity vs automation
