Position Vacant For A Regional Franchise Manager at Vision Personal Training, Sydney
The Regional Franchise Manager will drive the growth of the Vision Personal Training brand and the Franchise Company by providing business support services to Franchise Owners
Key Responsibilities include:
- Ambassador: Building constructive relationships and providing effective communication between headquarters and Franchisees
- Business Consultant: Planning and implementing growth strategies to increase studio profitability by ensuring Franchise Owners have the tools and skills necessary to drive business performance
- Operations Expert: Provide practical advice and training to assist with day to day operational efficiency
- Marketer: Help franchisees develop Local Area Marketing programs to promote the business
- Inspector: Protect brand integrity by conducting quality checks within Studios and ensuring Network standards are upheld
- Coach: Encourage Franchisees to set meaningful goals and providing accountability in achieving them
Skills and experience
The successful candidate for this opportunity will be a people person, a self-starter with a passion for health and fitness and enjoy getting the best out of others. In addition, you must meet the following criteria:
- Minimum of 3 years experience in the franchising sector and/or a similar operational position
- Have high levels of communication and interpersonal skills with an ability to manage the expectations of multiple stakeholders
- The ability to work in a team, but also individually to achieve targets and build team spirit
- Be commercial and analytical to assess and improve business performance
- Enjoy the challenge of balancing brand standards whilst meeting the unique experiences each Franchisee encounters
