About the opportunity:

Four part time Group Fitness Manager positions have become available at our Randwick, Maroubra, Bond Street and Shelley Street clubs.

This uniquely flexible opportunity enables you to experience full management opportunities within part time working hours – excel your career and maintain your lifestyle at the same time!

This role would especially suit a passionate Group Fitness Instructor looking to take their expertise to the next level in a part time leadership role.

The successful candidate will have a heart for all things Group Fitness, strong coordination and operational management skills, and be ready for the next chapter in their fitness career.

Your part time GFM duties will include:

• Organising and marketing an engaging group exercise program that is world class and meets the needs of our members
• Building and fostering a culture where your team love to come to work and members love to work out
• Attracting and recruiting group fitness instructors who live and love fitness
• Coaching, motivating and inspiring our group fitness instructors, embedding them into our vibrant FF culture
• Managing and timetabling up to 100 Group Fitness classes weekly
• Manage Group Fitness budgets and prepare related reports
• Act as a role model, motivator and a Fitness First brand ambassador
• Provide an expert Fitness First experience at every touch point – acquisition, integration and visitation

To be successful in this role you will have:

• A passion for and significant experience as a Group Fitness Instructor, ideally Les Mills or studio style
• Have previous managerial, administrative or coordinating experience
• A passion for developing people to perform at their full potential
• Personable, dedicated and a team player with outstanding customer service skills
