Last month we had our Club Owners REX meeting in Sydney and these owners had two #REXclusives – also known as unique opportunities that have come about as they are REX members!
Firstly, Greg Will from SW Accountants & Advisors swung by to share the latest industry financial data.
Greg has been collecting data on the Australian industry for years and has great breadth and depth on the industry through the lens of a financial expert. He shared operational benchmarks; multipliers for business sale; industry financial trends; and so much more. The two key takeaways for me were that we will see less people wanting to work in our industry, so we will need to pay more which means build that into the budgets now.
Secondly, Kristy & Oz from Kailo presented on how to grow secondary income in our businesses though supplement sales. Not just any old supplement but Kailo.
A #REXclusive was that each REX member received samples! Plus a cracking launch package for them to have to do nothing and start selling the product in their business. It will be super exciting to see the traction this product gets in the Australian fitness industry over the next 12 months and the REXers are at the front of the line!
