Position Vacant for a Business Development Manager | Keepme
The Australian health and fitness industry is valued at $4billion and is one of the most dynamic and innovative in the world. Competition is fierce, and the importance of retaining club members has never been more apparent though industry retention levels are still below 60%. For years this has challenged operators due to a lack of insights into which members were at risk and then having enough of a time window and the tools to change the outcome. Then Keepme arrived, and that changed forever.
Keepme is an AI-driven member retention tool that uses the customer’s data to teach itself about their business. By building a custom model and scoring every member on their risk of leaving, Keepme provides a time window to take action with the integrated engagement tools.
Keepme allows our business to get ahead of the risk of membership cancellations… this means increased membership retention, greater profits, greater staff efficiency and strong business strategy.’ – Troy Morgan, CEO Willows Health Group
