Chelsea Clifford has been appointed Vice President of Sales Australia & New Zealand. As an owner of a women’s strength and conditioning gym on the NSW Central Coast for 10 years, she has 
an intimate understanding of the staffing and recruitment challenges fitness business owners face. A registered nurse, Clifford’s 20-year career has spanned health, fitness and business, most recently working in product development.
Clifford still coaches in her local gym today. She says: “Exercise as medicine is a core value of mine and my career reflects that. My passion is to support everyday Aussies to improve their health via exercise, and fitness professionals are key to this. I want to help group fitness and operational managers navigate their staffing challenges so we can keep the right people in our industry, with the volume of work they need to build successful careers.
