The Role
We are seeking an experienced Club General Manager to join our team and drive the culture and performance of our passionate fitness team. You’ll be a highly effective operations manager with a proven sales management background.
Your key responsibilities include:
- Achieving sales targets
- Manage and motivate a sales team
- Work within the annual business plan and achieve budgets
- Implement an annual sales and marketing planner
- Create business opportunities with the local corporate market
- Provide an exceptional product to deliver to our members
You must:
- Have a desire to create a fun & vibrant culture within the club
- Have extensive club management experience (essential)
- Be results driven
- Have experience managing staff and budgets
- Have a passion for health and fitness
- SALES MANAGEMENT EXPERIENCE ESSENTIAL
