Position Vacant for a Club & Sales Manager at Anytime Fitness Toronto | NSW
We are searching for a dynamic, high energy, multi-skilled sales and customer service focused Manager for our established Club at Toronto NSW.
The successful applicant will be required to expand and enhance the environment that reflects the passion and commitment of our dedicated team.
You will bring your experience and positivity to drive membership sales and club culture whilst engaging with the wider community and promoting member experience.
You will be a self starter, with a problem solving, can do attitude. You lead by example and understand the importance of initiative and autonomy.
This is a full time role for a motivated, goal driven individual, who possesses sensational people, organisation and member engagement skills. thinks outside the box and knows how to build a fun and exciting working environment.
A competitive salary and monthly incentive package is offered to the successful candidate.
The successful candidate will have:
- an above and beyond attitude in all aspects of the role
- previous fitness sales experience
- proven ability to work within a complex team environment
- minimum 12 months management experience within the fitness industry in a similar role
- excellent communication skills
- experience with Microsoft office products
- current first aid and working with children certificates as well as police check
- Certificate III & IV in fitness an advantage but not essential.
