Position Vacant For A National Sales Manager at Fernwood Fitness

Fernwood Fitness is the leading health, fitness and wellness brand that 70,000+ women across Australia love.

We have an exciting opportunity for a National Sales Manager to join us in our National Support Office, located in Richmond.

With a direct line to the General Manager, this leadership role within our Head Office team is responsible for driving revenue across the network via membership quantity and quality inclusive of programs, challenges and core offerings.

Your two key focus points in 2023 are to support and guide all Clubs and Franchise partners to achieve

  • growth to membership base in line with KPI’s and Fernwood culture
  • growth of average spend per member in line with KPI’s and Fernwood culture

This role also links directly to our franchising team by ensuring that franchise leads are maximised and “new club opening” targets are achieved.

You will support and guide new Franchise partners to achieve their new membership KPI’s throughout their 12 week pre sale.

Our ideal candidate will have:

  • Minimum 5+ years of sales experience within the fitness industry
  • Excellent communication skills and a strong sense of initiative
  • An ability to seek out growth opportunity
  • A demonstrated commitment to all things sales and strategy
  • Strong organisation and prioritisation skills
  • Proven decision-making skills and the ability to multi-task
