Position Vacant For a Studio Manager at CycleBar Crows Nest
CycleBar is seeking a high-energy, motivated Studio Manager for our new state-of-the-art indoor cycling studio in Crows Nest. Our Studio Manager should be passionate about people, fitness and delivering a superior customer experience.
The successful individual will play a key role in developing a new team while launching our first Sydney Studio – setting a new benchmark for boutique fitness on the North Shore.
Proven management and sales experience with demonstrated operational aptitude to drive studio performance is a must. Our Studio Manager will market CycleBar in the community, generate traffic, leads and deliver membership sales.
Our Studio Manager must have the ability and desire to build long lasting relationships with current and prospective members while leading a team to deliver a premium, inclusive and fun environment.

Responsibilities:
- Lead the planning, management and execution of marketing campaigns to generate leads for the Studio including social media, local area marketing, events etc.
- Accountable for Studio revenue growth across membership acquisition, retention and referrals in addition to studio merchandise
- Manage, lead and inspire sales team and instructor team across sales and operations.
- Lead day to day Studio operations while ensuring a premium, organised and clean environment at all times.
- Promote an energetic environment, build rapport and lasting relationships with prospective and current members channeling the CycleBar Culture.
- Partner with Studio Owner to plan and set sales targets, inspire culture, develop team and drive accountability.
To be successful in this role you will need:
- Min 3 years sales/membership experience.
- Min 2 years people management experience including team supervision, hiring, training and influencing a dynamic and inclusive culture.
- Proven track record meeting and exceeding sales targets and KPI’s
- A passion for people and are driven by a desire to improve the lives of others.
- Commercial acumen coupled with exceptional customer service.
- Creativity, resourcefulness, and the digital skills to navigate results focused marketing.
- Strong work ethic, integrity and professional demeanor.
- Demonstrated ability to set priorities, establish process and drive improvements using good judgement.
- Willingness to work flexible hours.
- An affinity and passion for fitness.
- First Aid and CPR certified preferred.
