Ezypay is a multi-award winning FinTech company offering a payment solution to merchants who need to collect recurring member or subscription payments.
Job tasks and responsibilities
- Qualify and convert inbound leads into sales.
- Make sales appointments with prospects
- Administer the client signing of the agreement and the agreement passing our internal risk process
- Provide face to face or telephone training and/or demonstrations to prospects when needed
- Develop weekly and monthly reports for analysis
- Ad hoc administration tasks as required
Skills and experience
The successful candidate in this role will have:
- Demonstrated negotiation and influencing ability in complex financial solutions
- Excellent time management and organisational skills
- Self-motivated, opportunistic sales hunter
- Intermediate Computer skills including Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Experience using Salesforce for CRM and reporting is preferred.
- Excellent written/verbal communication skills
- Strong problem solving skills
- Highly motivated, driven and self-starting individual
- Ability to work in a fast paced, team environment
- Ability to understand customer needs and meet that need with a successful product sale
- Attention to the detail; be organised and metric-driven
