Sara began SCW Fitness as “Sara’s City Workout” over 30 years ago. In her mid-20s, Kooperman sat cross-legged on a queen size bed ripping out health and fitness companies from the Illinois Yellow Pages to create the first database of fitness professionals for the budding company.
