Here are some tips for you to recognise and praise your team:
- Set aside time every week to acknowledge your Team members good work;
- Handwrite thank you notes whenever you can. Your personal touch matters in this digital age;
- Punish in private & praise in public. And make that praise timely and specific;
- Always copy or tell the Team’s members manager or supervisor;
- Foster a culture of gratitude. This will be a game changer for sustaining better performances.
