Here’s an opportunity to get a base pay for 3 hours a day, helping us build the business and getting rent-free chance to build your own PT business. It’s a win-win. We’re looking for someone with a marketing and sales disposition. Previous membership sales experience is a bonus.

Body Express Dover Heights is seeking a trainer to drive our membership sales. In return for hitting small growth targets you will be able to build your PT business free rent.
Here’s the deal:
The Sales Manager will:
- Work regular rostered hours – 15 per week – 3 hour shifts 5 days per week. Monday to Thursday and Saturday mornings – includes delivering one group session per shift if required. Club shirt will be supplied to be worn during shifts.
- Be paid $375 pw plus superannuation – permanent part time with benefits
- Have low membership sales target of just 5 memberships per week, whether personal or team sales.
- Have free personal training rent from 5:00 am to 9:00 pm 365 days a year. You may train members or train your (non-member) clients. Must have own insurance in regard to own clients. For all Body Express work, insurance is provided.
- Option to migrate anytime from paid work obligation to being completely self employed
- Ideally have a current Cert IV in fitness. However, if you do not but feel that you can work hard to grow the business, you should contact us.
