If you don’t give your people key performance indicators, the smart people will just make them up.
You need a plan, a simple plan. You need to fill any void in communication with the plan. This will stop rumour and water cooler talk.
Innovation occurs in the work place when people bring their best to work. Show your Team respect and they’ll bring their best.
A new KPI for all the team: ‘do to say ratio.’
You need values & team work and the ability to have adult conversations BUT this needs to be immediate. We need to constantly give feedback, build a rhythm for it. It’s about communication!
