Justin Tamsett every moment of contact is a point of a relationship- do I like what I experience or do I go elsewhere? It can deepen the loyalty /connection as the moment of Truth does not have to be perfect every time , it’s how something is responded to or acted on . Eg. P& 0 first contact – ticket ease of arrangement, security check in ( that cannot tell it’s a different company) enter the ship greeting and info, service points , manager action when service points have an issue , in my situation it was a rude waiter, – management came and resolved the issue and gave extra internet usage bonus to my Mum who then returned to that location every day, (when there was other locations too).
That’s just one – if seen it used in ski resorts years ago (1992 to be exact) takes training to get everything on board but leaves a great memory of experience and problem solving. ☀️
The fitness industry has a lot of high moments of truth that I have experienced ?

JT one more – when I was doing my PT ( level 1 or cert 4 can’t remember) everyone was too busy , every contact with you everything else you were doing was paused and I had a moment of your time without distraction- I was so surprised in contrast to my other experiences – I remember you said ‘that’s what I am here for’ -every encounter a moment of truth – so even though I’ve come in and out of following your journey and your own ups and downs you still have my respect and I have often recommended you . And there was another – I bumped my FB info and your live was on and you spotted me and that made me grin in spite of where my head space was at – another moment of truth . Thank you and congrats for all your successes ???
