Did the poor welcome transition through the studio ie other staff and members?
Not in all the studios Angus. Generally the coaches had energy but the front desk needed a rocket!

?? Really cool. Not my first but will deff be checkikng in more often ?. First Touch – contact when entering a business is so important. The experience can increase the bottom line $$$ ?
The desk is a barrier and provide comfortably for the staff to hide from giving first impressions.
