Press Release: MYZONE Launches “The MYZONE Moves Podcast”
CHICAGO – December 8, 2016 – MYZONE, a wearable technology company, announced today the launch of a new podcast called “The MYZONE Moves Podcast.” Hosted by MYZONE Master Trainers, Dr. Ayla Donlin and Emily Sopo, M.S. the podcast provides an in-depth look at the fitness and wellness industry, while also discussing MYZONE technology.
“In addition to personal application using MYZONE, we’ll get the inside scoop on how to effectively integrate MYZONE into facility programming,” said Emily Sopo, M.S.
The podcast will cover a variety of topics including: sports nutrition, wearable technology, fitness management, exercise science, sports performance, and more.
“One of our goals with this podcast is to appeal to a broad audience, from fitness enthusiasts to club owners/managers to fitness professionals. The guests we will interview on the podcast will have expertise in many health and fitness related fields,” said Dr. Ayla Donlin.
“The MYZONE Moves Podcast” is available on both iTunes and Google Play with new episodes released monthly.
About Dr. Ayla Donlin
Dr. Ayla Donlin is the Director of the LifeFit Center @ The Beach, a health and fitness facility and educational laboratory on the campus of Long Beach State University (LBSU). Ayla has been active in the fitness industry for more than 12 years as a group fitness instructor, personal trainer, group fitness director, master trainer, and health club general manger. She is also the chair of the Exercise is Medicine on Campus (EIMOC) Leadership Team at LBSU and advises the EIMOC student organization.

Emily Sopo is an Assistant Director of the LifeFit Center @ The Beach, a health and fitness facility and educational laboratory on the campus of Long Beach State University (LBSU). Emily has experience in several forms of group fitness, personal training, management, and teaching. Emily is a certified personal trainer through the National Academy of Sports Medicine and a certified group exercise instructor through the Athletics & Fitness Association of America. She also holds a Master of Science in Kinesiology, Exercise Science degree.
